摘 要:首先,简述了污泥浓度(MLSS)分析仪的工作原理及实验室测定其取样结果的传统方法;然后,为了提高MLSS分析仪校准效率,减少校准误差,依托现场校准MLSS分析仪的设备条件和工作效率,提出了3种可行的在线校准MLSS分析仪的方法,并分析了其优缺点;最后,从中选取了一种在线快速校准MLSS分析仪的方法,并通过对此方法的实验数据结果进行分析、验证,最终得出了结论。MLSS分析仪的在线快速校准方法,为水处理领域解决了监测数据误差大、校准时间延迟等问题,也提高了现场校准工作的效率。Firstly,the working principle of MLSS analyzer and the traditional method of determining its sampling results in the laboratory are briefly described.Then,in order to improve the calibration efficiency and reduce the calibration error of MLSS analyzer,three feasible on-line calibration methods of MLSS analyzer are proposed based on the equipment conditions and working efficiency of on-site calibration of MLSS analyzer,and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed.Finally,a rapid on-line calibration of MLSS analyzers is selected,and the conclusion is drawn through the analysis and verification of the experimental data of this method.The rapid on-line calibration of MLSS analyzer solves the problems of large monitoring data error and calibration time delay for water treatment field,and also improves the efficiency of on-site calibration work.
