摘　　要：为了推动胶辊、胶圈制造技术持续发展,从配方设计、制造设备和工艺、结构设计、硬度和弹性设计方面阐述胶辊、胶圈技术发展历程;分析胶辊、胶圈应用现状,着重分析新型功能性胶辊、胶圈产品的性能及应用效果,结合研发与应用提出功能性牵伸器材的设计原理与性能提升方向。指出:掌握胶辊、胶圈发展脉络、设计原理及影响质量的因素,有助于其制造技术的持续发展和性能的持续提升;制造企业应将技术创新放在首位,在配方设计、产品结构、工艺技术以及制造设备方面不断深挖以提高产品质量;使用企业应根据生产实际和客户质量要求选好用好胶辊、胶圈,与制造企业做好供需对接,共同推动胶辊、胶圈研发与应用的同步性、精准性。In order to promote the sustainable development of manufacturing technology of cot and apron,the technological development of cot and apron are described from the aspects of formula design,manufacturing equipment and process,structural design,hardness and elastic design.The application status of cot and apron are analyzed,and the performance and application effect of the new functional cot and apron products are mainly analyzed,and the design principle and performance improvement direction of functional drafting accessories are put forward combined research and development with application.It is pointed out that mastering the development vein,design principle and factors affecting quality of cot and apron is helpful to the continuous development of manufacturing technology and the continuous improvement of performance;manufacturing enterprises should put technological innovation in the first place,and continue to dig deep in formula design,product structure,process technology and manufacturing equipment to improve the quality of products;textile enterprises should choose and use cot and apron well according to the actual production and customer quality requirements,and promote the synchronization and precision of development and application of cot and apron on the basis of good supply and demand docking with manufacturing enterprises.
