环锭纺纱用钢丝圈钢领的发展及展望

摘　　要：为了提升我国钢丝圈、钢领的技术水平和产品适应性,从纺纱速度的发展需求介绍钢丝圈、钢领的发展历程;从制造材质、钢丝圈圈型及截面形状、钢领跑道形状及其加工装备、制造工艺、表面处理技术等方面阐述我国钢丝圈、钢领的技术进步;分析钢丝圈、钢领技术提升对纺纱质量的影响,展望其发展方向。指出:国产钢丝圈、钢领进步明显,高端产品已与国外产品性能相当;钢丝圈、钢领应配套研发,其一致性、稳定性的要求需要制造设备及工艺流程实现自动化、智能化;其适应高速纺、延长使用寿命、短走熟期、适应多种纤维的要求需要加大力度研发耐磨减摩的表面膜层技术。In order to promote the technical level and product adaptability of traveler and ring in China,the development history of traveler and ring are introduced from spinning speed development needs;the technical progress of traveler and ring in China from the aspects of anufacturing material,type and cross-sectional shape of traveler and runway of ring,processing equipment and manufacturing process,surface treatment process are expounded;the influence of traveler and ring technology improvement on spinning quality are analyzed,and their development directions are looked forward to.It is pointed out that the progress of domestic traveler and ring is obvious,and the performance of high-end products is equivalent to that of foreign products;traveler and ring should be researched and developed proportionally;its consistency and stability requirements require manufacturing equipment and process to achieve automation and intelligent;it is suitable for high-speed spinning,prolonging service life,short maturity period,and adapting to the requirements of various fibers,which requires greater efforts to develop wear-resistant and anti-friction surface coating technology.
