摘  要:为了促进梳棉机向更高速高产和纺纱质量稳定相结合的方向发展,介绍高质量混配棉、一般质量混配棉和低质量混配棉的特性,对比C 70型梳棉机不同产量情况下,梳理3种不同质量混配棉的梳棉条质量和纺CJ 18.2 tex纱成纱质量指标,分析C 70型梳棉机在不同产量时与梳棉条质量和棉纱质量的关系。指出:纺纱厂高速高产和质量稳定的前提条件是设备具有高速高产能力和原棉质量、原棉混配质量稳定可靠;梳棉机产量提高不影响高质量混配棉和一般质量混配棉的半制品、成纱和织物质量,低质量混配棉高速高产需优选纺纱品种和纺纱型式;随着纺纱技术的进步,也会实现高速高产梳棉机在线质量全控制。In order to promote the development of carding machine to combine high speed and high yield with stable spinning quality,the characteristics of high quality blended cotton,general quality blended cotton and low quality blended cotton are introduced,and the carding silver quality of three kinds of blended cotton of different qualities and the yarn quality index of spinning CJ 18.2 tex yarn are carded by comparing the different yields of C 70 carding machine.The relationship between carding silver quality and cotton yarn quality of C 70 carding machine at different yields is analyzed.It is pointed out that the premise of high speed,high yield and stable quality of spinning mill is that the equipment has high speed,high yield and stable and reliable raw cotton quality and raw cotton blending quality.The higher yield of carding machine does not affect the semi-finished product,yarn and fabric quality of high quality blended cotton and general quality blended cotton.The spinning variety and spinning type of low quality blended cotton need to be optimized for high speed and high yield.With the progress of spinning technology,on-line quality control of high speed and high yield carding machine will be realized.
