摘　　要：城市轨道交通工程作为我国市政建设重要组成内容,其建设质量与安全受到社会各界人士的广泛关注。通过应用BIM技术,可实现项目协同管理目标,为轨道交通工程建设质量提供保障介绍和分析了利用BIM技术,做好平台与虚拟项目管理组织建设,完善管理制度,从而提高城市轨道交通工程项目协同管理水平。Urban rail transit engineering is an important component of China's municipal construction,and its construction quality and safety are widely concerned by people from all walks of life.Through the application of BIM technology,the goal of collaborative project management can be achieved,and the quality of rail transit project construction can be guaranteed Introduction and analysis are made on how to establish the project management platform and make virtual organization construction by the application of BIM technology,which improves the level of collaborative management of urban rail transit engineering projects.
