摘 要:盾构法隧道接缝防水性能是关系工程施工及运营阶段安全性的关键,尤其是当隧道作为调蓄水设施时,接缝防水能力的可靠性至关重要。以上海市深层隧道调蓄工程为背景,对工程中的调蓄水盾构法隧道接缝密封垫防水试验技术展开研究,提出了双道密封垫抵抗内、外高水压的接缝防水体系,并设计了相应的密封垫断面形式。以盾构法隧道整环力学试验平台为基础,创新性地开展了整环接缝防水试验,针对相关试验技术开展了深入研究,通过试验分析了设计的接缝防水形式在不同工况下的防水性能,验证了密封垫的可靠性。The joint waterproofing performance of shield tunnels is critical to project safety in the construction and operation phases.Especially when the tunnel is used as a water storage facility,the reliability of joint waterproofing is of paramount importance.The traditional method used to verify the waterproofing performance of shield tunnel joints is the indoor waterproofing test,but it cannot fully simulate the tension deformation of shield tunnel joints,and therefore the test conditions differ from the real working conditions.Combined with the Shanghai Deep Water Storage Project,the waterproofing test technology of the joint gasket of the shield tunnel for the water storage project was studied.Based on the characteristics of the project withstanding high internal and external water pressures,a joint waterproofing system with double gaskets to resist high internal and external water pressure was first proposed,and the corresponding gasket section was designed.Based on the mechanical test platform of the shield tunnel,innovative tests were carried out on the joint waterproofing of the full ring,and in-depth research was carried out on the relevant test techniques.The gasket reliability was verified by analyzing the waterproofing performance of the joint waterproofing design under different working conditions.
