摘 要:为探明再生细骨料对混凝土力学性能的影响,促进再生细骨料混凝土的推广应用,文章通过试验研究,采用数理统计等方法,针对不同强度等级再生细骨料混凝土,研究再生细骨料替代率对混凝土主要力学性能的影响。结果表明:随再生细骨料替代率增大,普通再生细骨料混凝土抗压强度降低,降幅约10%~30%,而高强再生细骨料混凝土抗压强度的最大降幅则小于10%;普通再生细骨料混凝土劈裂抗拉强度随再生细骨料替代率的增加而降低,降幅约5%~16%,而高强再生细骨料混凝土劈裂抗拉强度受再生细骨料替代率的增加影响较大,最大降幅接近20%;普通再生细骨料混凝土静力弹性模量随再生细骨料替代率增大而降低,且下降趋势明显,最大降幅达38%,而高强再生细骨料混凝土静力弹性模量受再生细骨料替代率增加影响较小;通过回归分析,分别提出再生细骨料素混凝土劈裂抗拉强度及静力弹性模量的预测公式。In order to promote the popularization and application of recycled fine aggregate concrete,this paper studies the influence of recycled fine aggregate replacement rate on the main mechanical properties of concrete with different strength grades through experimental research and mathematical statistics.The results showed that the compressive strength of normal concrete decreased by about 10%~30%with the increase of replacement rate of recycled fine aggregate,while the maximum decrease in compressive strength of high-strength concrete was less than 10%.The splitting tensile strength of normal concrete decreased by about 5%~16%with the increase of the replacement rate of recycled fine aggregate,while the spliting tensile strength of high-strength concrete was greatly affected by the increase of the replacement rate of recycled fine aggregate,with a maximum decrease of 20%.The static elastic modulus of normal concrete was significantly reduced by the increase of the replacement rate of recycled fine aggregate,with a maximum decrease of 38%.The static elastic modulus of high-strength concrete was less affected by the increase of replacement rate of recycled fine aggregate.The prediction formulas of spliting tensile strength and static elastic modulus of recycled fine aggregate concrete are proposed through regression analysis respectively.
