毛竹对锰胁迫土壤的响应研究

摘  要:【目的】探究毛竹(Phyllostachys pubescens)对锰污染土壤的修复效果与生理响应。【方法】以3年生毛竹为试材,测定毛竹植物学性状、光合参数、叶绿素荧光参数等指标,分析土壤不同锰胁迫浓度(0、1000、2000、4000 mg/kg)下毛竹的生理响应与重金属富集特性。【结果】与对照相比,4000 mg/kg锰胁迫土壤下,毛竹的株高、叶长、叶宽和基径分别下降22.6%、25.9%、21.3%和26.7%,毛竹叶片的水分利用率显著降低30.6个百分点,光化学淬灭指数与非化学淬灭指数分别下降29.8%和20.7%,毛竹的过氧化物酶与过氧化物酶活性分别下降39.4%和22.6%。0、1000、2000、4000 mg/kg浓度锰胁迫下,毛竹地上部(茎和叶)对锰的平均富集量分别为1098.6、2336.4、3530.9、5370.4 mg/kg,毛竹对锰的转移系数分别为1.59、3.83、3.56和4.17。【结论】高浓度锰胁迫对毛竹的植物学性状有一定抑制作用,但毛竹依旧可以生长,对锰胁迫土壤有很好的富集能力。为今后在重金属污染污染治理和植物修复领域的研究提供一定参考。【Objective】The study aimed to explore the remediation effect and physiological response of moso bamboo(Phyllostachys pubescens)to manganese(Mn)contaminated soil.【Method】The physiological response and heavy metal enrichment characteristics of moso bamboo were analyzed by measuring the botanical traits,photosynthetic parameters and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of moso bamboo at different Mn stress concentrations(0,1000,2000 and 4000 mg/kg)in soil.【Result】Under 4000 mg/kg Mn stress,the plant height,leaf length,leaf width and basal diameter of moso bamboo decreased by 22.6%,25.9%,21.3%and 26.7%,respectively,compared to the control,and the water utilization of moso bamboo leaves decreased significantly by 30.6 perccentage pints,the photochemical quenching index(qP)and nonchemical quenching index(qN)decreased by 29.8%and 20.7%,respectively.Furthermore,peroxidase(POD)activity and peroxidase(CAT)activity were reduced by 39.4%and 22.6%,respectively.Under Mn stressed soils supplemented with 0,1000,2000 and 4000 mg/kg concentrations,the average above ground(stem and leaves)Mn enrichment of moso bamboo was 1098.6,2336.4,3530.9 and 5370.4 mg/kg,respectively,with Mn transfer coefficients of 1.59,3.83,3.56 and 4.17,respectively.【Conclusion】Mn stress at high concentrations has an inhibitory effect on the botanical traits of the moso bamboo,but the moso bamboo is still able to grow and has a good enrichment capacity for Mn stressed soils.It can be used as a new plant for manganese stressed soils.This study provides some reference value for future research in the field of heavy metal pollution control and phytoremediation.
