摘  要:垂直密度梯度离心、核磁共振波谱分析、电喷雾差分电迁移率分析、液相色谱串联质谱等临床血脂检测新技术、新方法日益成熟,促进了低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白颗粒浓度及脂蛋白亚型相关参数等新项目在动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病风险评估、调脂治疗疗效监测等方面的临床应用与推广。该文分析与总结了近年上述血脂检测新技术、新方法的研究进展,希望能为临床个体化、精准化的血脂管理工作提供新思路。New techniques in clinical lipid measurements,such as vertical auto profile,nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy,electrospray differential mobility analysis and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry,are becoming increasingly mature.Clinical application of these new techniques significantly promoted the use of new lipid parameters including the particle concentrations of low-density lipoprotein/high-density lipoprotein and other lipoprotein subtype in the risk stratification of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease and in the efficacy monitoring of lipid-regulating therapy,above progress is helpful on developing new individualized and precise lipid management strategies.This review analyzed and summarized the research progress of the new techniques for lipid measurements in recent years,aiming to provide evidence to develop new ideas for the individualized and accurate lipid management in clinical practice.
