摘　　要：根据玉米/天丝纤维的特性和相似相容的上浆原理,采用无PVA纯淀粉浆料配方,低温、酸性的浆液工艺,低温烘干、保回潮、小张力、中压力、重浸透、保被覆的单浸双压的浆纱工艺,所纺纱线达到增强、保伸、耐磨的目的;织造时采用小开口、大张力、中后梁、早开口的工艺路线,保证了织造效率和产品质量。According to the characteristics of corn and tencel fibers and the similar and compatible sizing principle,adopt PVAfree pure starch size formula,low temperature and acid size process,adopt low temperature drying,moisture retention,low tension,medium pressure,heavy immersion and coating protection of single dip and double pressure sizing process,to achieve the purpose of yarn strength,elongation and wear resistance.The process route of small opening,large tension,middle and back beam and early opening is adopted in weaving to ensure weaving efficiency and product quality.
