摘 要:将文化与医疗卫生、教育、生态、交通类公共不动产置于同一分析框架,在数量配置的基础上对医院、高等学校、公共图书馆引入质量调整,并综合测度城市公共不动产配置差异。基于2015—2019年我国288个地级及以上城市的面板数据,运用面板固定效应模型研究分析公共不动产配置差异对城市经济差距的影响,以及数字经济对二者关系的调节作用。研究结果显示:公共不动产配置差异会扩大城市经济差距,其中,交通、文化与医疗卫生、生态类公共不动产配置差异的影响更为显著,并且其影响会因沿海特征、地理区位、人口流动类型的不同而存在明显差异;数字经济会增强公共不动产配置差异对城市经济差距的正向影响,且其调节效应会因城市的异质性而存在明显差异。A common analytical framework is used to analyze public real estate of transportation, education, culture health, and ecology, based on quantity allocation, quality adjustments is made to hospitals, universities, and public libraries, and differences in the allocation of public real estate were comprehensively measured. Based on the panel data of 288 prefecture-level and above cities from 2015 to 2019, this paper uses the panel fixed effect model to study the impact of public real estate allocation differences on urban economic gap, and the moderating effect of the digital economy on the relationship between them.The results show that differences in the allocation of public real estate can exacerbate the urban economic gap, with differences in the allocation of public real estate having a more significant on transportation, culture and health, and ecology.Moreover, their impact differs significantly depending on coastal characteristics, geographical location, and types of population mobility. The digital economy will enhance the positive impact of differences in public real estate allocation on the urban economic gap, and the moderating effect of the digital economy also varies significantly due to the heterogeneity of cities.
