摘  要:随着经济社会的快速发展以及机动车数量的迅猛增长,造成了安全管理、资源环保等瓶颈制约以及高速公路通行压力剧增等问题。伴随着信息化、智能化技术的快速发展,智慧高速公路建设成为顺时之举。鉴于此,结合宿迁公安规划建设的高速公路智慧管控系统的理论设计和实践成效,在高速公路交通安全主动管理,即侧重于交通安全防范性管控方面进行尝试和探索,提出一种智慧高速管控系统,其由数字化采集、网络化传输、智能化应用和规范化制度四大体系构成,可应用于三大应用领域中的八个应用场景。在新扬高速宿迁南段对提出的智慧管控系统进行验证,实验结果证明其取得了较好的应用效果。With the rapid development of the socio-economic landscape and a surge in the number of motor vehicles,challenges such as safety management bottlenecks,environmental conservation con⁃straints,and dramatically increased pressure on highway traffic have arisen.In the wake of the fastpaced advancement of information technology and artificial intelligence,the construction of smart high⁃ways has become an act of following the trend.This paper explores and attempts proactive manage⁃ment in highway traffic safety by combining the theoretical design and practical results of the smart highway control system planned and constructed by Suqian Public Security.We propose a smart con⁃trol system comprised of four major systems:digital collection,networked transmission,intelligent ap⁃plication,and standardized regimes,which can be applied to eight application scenarios within three major fields.The proposed smart control system is verified in the southern section of the Xuyi High⁃way in Suqian,and experimental results demonstrate that it achieves satisfactory application outcomes.
