摘　　要：完整、可靠的交通数据对交通运输系统规划、设计和运行至关重要。然而,在许多交通信息系统中普遍存在着交通数据缺失问题,这给系统的可靠运行以及功能进一步发挥带来很大挑战。因此,如果能通过方法来估算或补偿缺失的交通数据,以最大限度地减少不完整数据对交通利用率的影响,具有十分重要的理论意义和现实价值。具有优良性能的缺失数据插补方法,对于保持交通数据的完整性和有效性意义重大。当前,已有大量科学文献提出了许多缺失交通数据的修复方法,但过于冗杂,缺乏对这些方法的系统总结比较以及分析,也缺乏对插补方法最新发展的探讨。对目前各种缺失交通数据插补的方法进行了整理和综合,分析了各交通数据缺失的机制与模式,介绍了当前修复缺失数据的主流方法,指出了还存在的一些挑战,并展望了未来研究的前景,以期为后续相关科研工作者提供参考。Complete and reliable traffic data are essential for transportation system planning,design and operation.However,the prevalence of missing traffic data in many transportation information sys⁃tems poses a significant challenge to the reliable operation of the system and its further functionality.Therefore,it is of great theoretical importance and practical value if methods can be used to estimate or compensate for missing traffic data to minimize the impact of incomplete data on traffic utilization.Missing data interpolation methods with excellent performance are of great significance to maintain the integrity and validity of traffic data.At present,a large number of methods for repairing missing traffic data have been proposed in scientific literature.However,they are too redundant and lack systematic summary comparison and analysis of these methods,as well as the discussion of the latest develop⁃ment of interpolation methods.This paper collates and synthesizes the current methods for interpola⁃tion of missing traffic data,analyzes the mechanisms and patterns of each missing traffic data,high⁃lights the current mainstream methods for repairing missing data,points out some challenges that still exist,and looks forward to the prospects of future research,in order to provide references for subse⁃quent related researchers.
