摘　　要：“新冠资本主义”一词包含三层含义:一是揭露新冠疫情中西方借疫生财与危机交织的“灾难资本主义”现象;二是对新冠疫情重塑资本主义社会的理论化总结;三是描述资本主义与新冠病毒的共生关系。新冠资本主义的运作机制包括:一是孕育灾难。资本主义不利于应对突发灾难、降低应对突发疫情的能力与增加新病毒暴露;二是利用灾难。资本主义将疫情视为牟取暴利、强化新自由主义、扩大剥削和修复意识形态合法性的良机;三是扩大灾难。客观上资本主义加速病毒传播,主观上利益集团倾向继续维持、扩大灾难经济。为抗争新冠资本主义,西方学者们提出“绿色新政”改革、实现社会主义和构建“共同免疫”机制等对策。“新冠资本主义”批判理论对我们认识当代资本主义新变化、科学应对公共卫生危机、坚定社会主义信心等方面有一定借鉴价值,但也存在忽视资本主义基本矛盾、夸大疫情效应、偏离资本逻辑分析框架与变革方案陷入空想等局限。The word"COVID Capitalism"has three meanings:one is to expose the phenomenon of"disaster capitalism",which is intertwined by the epidemic and crisis in the West in the COVID-19;The second is the theoretical summary of the COVID-19 reshaping the capitalist society;Third,describe the symbiotic relationship between capitalism and COVID-19.The operating mechanism of COVID Capitalism includes:First,it breeds disasters.Capitalism reduces its ability to respond to sudden outbreaks,increases the exposure of new viruses,and becomes the root cause of the COVID-19 disaster;The second is to take advantage of disasters.Capitalism regards the epidemic as a good opportunity to make profits,strengthen neo-liberalism,expand exploitation and repair ideological legitimacy;Third,expand the disaster.Objectively,capitalism accelerates the spread of the virus,and subjectively,interest groups tend to continue to maintain and expand the disaster economy.In order to fight against COVID capitalism,scholars have proposed the reform of the"Green New Deal",the realization of socialism and the construction of a"common immunity mechanism.The critical theory of"COVID-19Capitalism"has certain reference value for us to understand the new changes of contemporary capitalism,scientifically respond to public health crises,and strengthen our confidence in the socialist system,but it also has limitations such as ignoring the basic contradictions of capitalism,exaggerating the epidemic effect,deviating from the logical analysis framework of capital and the countermeasures is too fantasical.
