黄芪多糖对断奶仔兔生长性能及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：为了探讨黄芪多糖对断奶仔兔生长性能及免疫功能的影响。以40只断奶仔兔作为试验研究对象,将试验用断奶仔兔随机分成对照组、黄芪多糖低剂量组、黄芪多糖中剂量组和黄芪多糖高剂量组,4组依次在基础日粮中分别添加0、100、300、600 mg/kg的黄芪多糖。在试验的第30天对断奶仔兔的平均日采食量、平均日增重和料重比进行计算,应用酶标仪对断奶仔兔血清中的IgG、IgA和IgM的含量进行测定。结果显示:与对照组相比,黄芪多糖能够提高断奶仔兔的末重、平均日增重和平均日采食量;黄芪多糖可以有效地降低断奶仔兔的料重比;黄芪多糖能够使断奶仔兔血清中IgG、IgA含量升高。结果表明:日粮中添加黄芪多糖可以改善断奶仔兔生长性能,还可以提高断奶仔兔的免疫功能。To investigate the effects of Astragalus polysaccharides on the growth performance and immune function of weaned rabbits.This study used 40 weaned rabbits as the research subjects for this experiment.The experimental weaned rabbits were randomly divided into a control group,a low-dose group of Astragalus polysaccharides,a medi-um dose group of Astragalus polysaccharides,and a high-dose group of Astragalus polysaccharides.The control group,a low-dose group of Astragalus polysaccharides,a medium dose group of Astragalus polysaccharides,and a high-dose group of Astragalus polysaccharides were added with 0,100,300,and 600 mg/kg of Astragalus polysac-charides to the basic diet,respectively.On the 3Oth day of the experiment,the average daily feed intake,average dai-ly gain,and feed to weight ratio of weaned rabbits were calculated,while the levels of IgG,IgA,and IgM in the serum of weaned rabbits were measured using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The results showed that:compared with the control group,Astragalus polysaccharides could increase the final weight,average daily gain,and average daily feed intake of weaned rabbits;Astragalus polysaccharides can effectively reduce the feed to weight ratio of weaned rabbits;Astragalus polysaccharides can increase the IgG and IgA content in the serum of weaned rabbits.The results indicate that:adding astragalus polysaccharides to the diet can not only improve the growth performance of weaned rabbits,but also enhance their immune capacity.
