摘　　要：兔病毒性出血症是影响兔产业发展的重要疫病。2023年3月,福建省某家庭兔场发生一起传播速度快、病死率高的急性传染病。经检测,病死兔的病变组织为兔出血症病毒核酸阳性,且其他兔源病原,包括多杀性巴氏杆菌、支气管败血波氏杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎克雷伯菌和大肠埃希菌均为阴性。由此,确定该起急性传染病的病原为兔出血症病毒。利用特异性引物扩增该病毒的VP60基因,BLAST比对结果显示,该毒株的基因型为GI.1c。试验结果为今后福建省兔病毒性出血症的防控提供了参考。Rabbit hemorrhagic disease is an important infectious disease of rabbitry.In March 2023,an acute in-fectious disease broke out in a rabbit farm in Fujian Province.The rabbit hemorrhagic disease virus(RHDV)was detected in the tissue samples from the dead rabbits,while other rabbit sourced pathogens including Pasteurella multocida,Brodetella bronchiseptica,Staphylococcus aureus,Klebsiella pneumonia and Escherichia coli were negative for these tissue samples.Therefore,the RHDV was deduced as the causative agent of the acute infectious disease.The VP60 gene of the virus was amplified and sequenced,and the BLAST results based on the sequence of the VP60 gene showed that the virus belonged to the genotype of GI.1c.The results of the study are helpful for the prevention of the rabbit hemorrhagic disease in Fujian Province.
