摘 要:文章以洛阳市为研究范围,在对洛阳城市高层居住区进行调研的基础上,运用ENVI-met软件量化研究分析了不同绿地布局(集中式、分散式、轴线式、网格式)形态对高层居住区热环境的影响。结果显示,分散式绿化布局对住区环境的整体降温和增湿效果最为显著;其次是集中式和轴线式,降温效果覆盖面相对较小,但降温和增湿最大值较高;网格式影响面积大但降温和增湿效果最差。依此结果,建议在高层居住区整体采用分散式绿地布局规划为主,局部绿地广场采用集中式为辅的布局设计,可以有效地提升高层居住区热环境舒适度。This paper takes Luoyang City as the research scope,based on the investigation on high-rise residential areas in Luoyang City,and uses ENVI-met software to quantitatively study and analyze the impact of different green space layouts(centralized,distributed,axis and grid)forms on the thermal environment of high-rise residential areas.The results show that the distributed greening layout has the most significant cooling and humidification effect on the residential environment as a whole,followed by the centralized and axial type,for which,the coverage of the cooling effect is relatively small,but the maximum value of cooling and humidification is higher.The grid type affects the area large,but has the least effectiveness in cooling and humidifying.Based on this result,this paper suggests that the overall layout of high-rise residential areas should be based on distributed green space layout planning,and the partial green space squares should be supplemented by centralized layout design,which can effectively improve the thermal comfort of high-rise residential areas.
