黔东特色小镇发展路径研究——以铜仁市特色小镇发展为例

摘　　要：特色小城镇是推动经济转型升级、促进城镇化建设、实施乡村振兴的新平台。文章旨在从铜仁市特色小镇发展现状及存在问题切入,总结铜仁市培育建设特色小镇的实践举措和实践经验,构建铜仁特色小镇的指标。从政策、产业、市场需求、投资建设四个方面提出建设特色小镇的正确认识观念。从强化绿色发展、打造生态宜居“康养小镇”,强化文化提升、打造底蕴深厚“文化古镇”,强化民族特色、打造多姿多彩“风情奇镇”,强化产业导向、打造充满希望“活力小镇”四个类型出发,为铜仁市培育建设特色小镇提供指导。Characteristic towns are new platforms for promoting economic restructuring and upgrading,urbanization construction,and rural revitalization.The status quo and development problems of Tongren characteristic towns are analyzed firstly,and then the practice and experience of fostering characteristic towns in Tongren is concluded,and finally the indexes of Tongren Characteristic town are constructed.The correct ideas of constructing characteristic towns are proposed from the perspectives of policy,industry,market need and investment.From strengthening green development,creating an ecological and livable“health town”,strengthening cultural enhancement,creating a profound“cultural ancient town”,strengthening ethnic characteristics,creating a colorful“unique town”,strengthening industrial orientation,and creating a hopeful“vibrant town”,the paper have carried out four types of work,which provides guidance for the cultivation and construction of characteristic towns in Tongren City.
