摘 要:城市化的发展使基础建设取得了巨大成就,同时也塑造了一批短时间形成、大尺度方格网规划和较为单一建筑环境。其不断否定地形、文化和气候等场所特征,并成为城市化进程中的顽疾。项目总控中跨复地下空间的先行的设计策略,可以有效实现从建筑集群的无序开发到建筑聚落的有机生长与自然更新。在跨复地下空间设计策略下的区域联动开发更具效率、更加精准。文章回顾已有的区域总控开发设计经验,将跨复地下空间设计作为区域总控的内涵之一,介绍其在项目全过程设计中的关键作用。以实际项目为例,为后续大型集群化建筑设计,提供具有较强可操作意义的参考。In the past,the process of urbanization has made great achievements in infrastructure construction.At the same time,it has also shaped a number of large-scale grid planning and relatively single building environment formed in a short time.It constantly negates the characteristics of places,such as terrain,culture and climate,and becomes a persistent disease in the process of urbanization.The advanced design strategy of crossing the underground space in the overall control of the project can effectively realize the organic growth and natural renewal of building clusters from the disorderly development of building clusters.The regional linkage development under the trans-regional complex underground space design strategy is more efficient and accurate.This paper reviews the experience in the development and design of the existing regional master control,takes the design of the trans-regional complex underground space as one of the connotations of the regional master control,and introduces its key role in the whole process design of the project.Taking the actual project as an example,it provides a reference with strong operational significance for the follow-up large-scale cluster building design.
