摘　　要：社区卫生服务中心是社区基础医疗的重要载体,其建设情况关系到民生。从我国分级诊疗医疗体系出发,明确社区卫生服务中心的功能,并从建筑设计角度解读国家相关政策和建设规范。我国社区卫生服务中心规模越来越大,功能越来越齐全,但在老龄化加剧、三孩政策的社会背景下,老年人和妇女儿童的社区医疗需求越来越大,社区卫生服务中心的建筑设计应更加倾向老年友好、妇幼友好。Community health service center is an important carrier of community basic medical treatment,and its construction is related to the basic needs of people’s livelihood.Starting from China’s hierarchical diagnosis and treatment medical system,this paper defines the function of community health service center,and interprets the relevant national policies and construction norms from the perspective of architectural design.The scale of community health service centers in China is becoming larger and larger,and their functions are becoming more and more complete.However,under the social background of increasing aging and three children opening up,the community medical needs of the elderly,women and children are increasing.The architectural design of community health service centers should be more friendly to the elderly,women and children.
