摘　　要：针对我国目前建筑系统内执行“一个环节完成之后、下一个环节才开始”的串行运作流程,而使得设计与建造脱节,带来“设计—建造—修改设计—重新建造”反复循环的问题;在数字技术的辅助下,提出了模块化组织与设计方法,进而阐述了两个层面的具体操作步骤。在此基础上,构建了“并行化”运作模式,从而给“设计与建造”系统以新的范式定义。In view of the implementation of the serial operation process of“completing one link and then the next link”in the current construction system in China,which leads to a disconnection between design and construction,resulting in a repeated cycle of“design–construction–design modification–rebuilding”,with the aid of digital technology,a modular organization and design method is proposed,and then the specific operation steps of two levels are explained.On this basis,the“parallelized”operation mode is constructed,which will give the“design and construction”system a new paradigm definition.
