摘　　要：以机械化、自动化生产电机转子硬线圈,设计了成型机,具有单步手动和顺序自动两种控制模式。采用S7-200 SMART PLC控制,使用液压油缸为执行元件,实现了用程序判断步进条件和液压电磁阀换向控制。本文简要介绍了成型机原理,说明了自动模式下的程序设计。In order to manufacture rotor hard winding,an automatic forming machine was designed.This machine has two kinds of control mode,single step mode and automatic sequence mode.Control by S7-200 SMART PLC,using the hydraulic cylinder as the actuator.Use the program to judge the stepping condition and control the hydraulic solenoid valve.This paper introduces the principle of the forming machine,especially the program design of automatic mode.
