气田柱塞气举装置的柱塞部件再制造技术的研究与应用

摘  要:气田柱塞气举排水采气为气田常用的排除井底积液,提升产气量的重要工艺,装置中的柱塞部件为易损件,经评估具有较高的再制造价值。本文首先介绍了柱塞气举结构及其工作原理,再结合气井排水工艺分析了柱塞的磨损机理,然后分别从旧柱塞部件清洗、检测、加工、检验、标记、包装等环节阐述了再制造工艺。将经再制造后的柱塞部件在现场开展试验,其各项技术参数及性能均达到新品使用性能。Gas field plunger gas lift drainage gas recovery is an important process commonly used in gas fields to remove bottomhole fluid accumulation and increase gas production.The plunger components in the device are vulnerable parts and have been evaluated to have high remanufacturing value.This paper first introduces the plunger gas lift structure and its working principle,and then analyzes the wear mechanism of the plunger in conjunction with the gas well drainage process.Then,the remanufacturing process is elaborated from the cleaning,inspection,processing,inspection,marking,packaging and other aspects of the old plunger components.Conduct on-site tests on the remanufactured plunger components,and all technical parameters and performance meet the performance requirements of the new product.
