摘　　要：醋酸厂成品塔冷凝器E21408自投用以来,已发生多次内漏,此情况不仅影响了醋酸装置的正常运行,且泄漏到了循环水管网的醋酸,也给全公司的循环水系统带来了一定隐患。本文针对此问题,简要分析了该换热器频繁泄漏的原因,力求找出问题的症结,以期对症下药,寻求经济适用高效的解决办法,从根本上解决该问题,消除生产隐患。The E21408 condenser of the finished tower in the paper acid plant has experienced multiple internal leaks since it was put into use.This not only affects the normal operation of the acetic acid plant,but also leaks into the acetic acid in the circulating water pipeline network,bringing certain hidden dangers to the circulating water system of the entire company.This paper briefly analyzes the reasons for the frequent leakage of the heat exchanger in response to this issue,striving to identify the root cause of the problem,in order to find the right solution,seek economic,applicable,and efficient solutions,fundamentally solve the problem,and eliminate production hazards.
