摘 要:2020年我国做出“2030前实现碳达峰,2060前实现碳中和”的承诺,如何在可持续的框架下适度地推进邮轮旅游业,并实现其高质量发展是学术界亟待解决的问题。文章以2009—2019年我国开展邮轮旅游的省份为研究对象,运用排放因子法测算我国邮轮旅游碳排放量。结果表明:2009—2019年我国邮轮旅游的碳排放呈先上升后下降的趋势,碳排放量在2017年达到顶峰。省份之间的差距较大。最后从政策引导视角对我国邮轮旅游低碳可持续发展提供建议。In 2020,China made the commitment of"achieving carbon peak before 2030 and carbon neutrality before 2060".How to appropriately promote cruise tourism under a sustainable framework and achieve its high-quality development is an urgent problem for academic circles.This paper takes the provinces that carried out cruise tourism in China from 2009 to 2019 as the research object,and uses the emission factor method to calculate the carbon emissions of cruise tourism in China.The results show that the carbon emissions of cruise tourism in China showed a trend of first rising and then declining from 2009 to 2019,and the carbon emissions peaked in 2017.The gap between provinces is large.Finally,this paper provides suggestions for the low-carbon sustainable development of cruise tourism in China from the perspective of policy guidance.
