摘 要:受诸多不确定因素影响,中国与中东欧国家交通基础设施互联互通建设存在较大不确定性。对交通基础设施互联互通水平进行评价,有利于双方加强设施联通、深化双方经贸合作,也有利于中国构建更高水平全面开放新格局。文章构建中国与中东欧国家交通基础设施互联互通水平评价标准,运用熵权TOPSIS法测算中国与中东欧国家交通基础设施互联互通相对贴近度,分析了中国与中东欧国家交通基础设施互联互通的现实水平。在此基础上,提出提升中国与中东欧国家交通基础设施互联互通水平的对策建议。Subject to many uncertain factors,there is great uncertainty in the construction of transport infrastructure connectivity between China and Central and Eastern European Countries(C-CEEC).The evaluation of the connectivity level of transportation infrastructure will help both sides strengthen the connectivity of facilities,deepen bilateral economic and trade cooperation,and also help China build a new pattern of comprehensive opening-up at a higher level.This paper constructs the evaluation criteria for the level of transport infrastructure connectivity between C-CEEC,uses the entropy weight TOPSIS method to calculate the relative proximity of transport infrastructure connectivity between C-CEEC,and analyzes the actual level of transport infrastructure connectivity between C-CEEC.On this basis,put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the connectivity level of transport infrastructure between C-CEEC.
