区域视角下河北传统制造业转型升级路径与对策研究

摘　　要：河北省传统制造业转型升级既是新时代高质量发展的现实需要,又是更好推进京津冀协同发展的客观要求。通过文献梳理传统制造业转型升级内涵及相关概念,根据京津冀制造业转型升级的现状差异分析河北省传统制造业转型升级过程中面临的实际问题和现实困难,总结区域视角下京津冀制造业转型升级的相关政策,从绿色化、数字化、智能化和服务化等方面提出推动河北省传统制造业转型升级的对策建议。The transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industry in Hebei is not only the practical need for high-quality development in the new era,but also the objective requirement for better promoting the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.The connotation and related concepts of transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industry are summarized through literature.According to the differences of the current situation on transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry of Beijing-Tianji-Hebei,the actual problems and difficulties faced in the process of transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industry in Hebei Province are analyzed.The relevant policies for transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei are summarized from a regional perspective.It put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industry in Hebei Province from the aspects of green,digital,intelligent and service.
