摘 要:使用材质为聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)和聚-4-甲基-1-戊烯(PMP)的两种中空纤维膜组件进行无泡充氧特性研究,分析回流量、进气压力和温度等因素对氧传质系数、氧传质速率(OTR)的影响。结果表明:当操作模式为错流,回流量为100 L/h,温度为34℃,进气压力为2、3 kPa时,PTFE中空纤维膜的氧传质系数分别为0.3024、0.3889 h^(-1),OTR分别为0.107、0.133 g/(m^(2)·h),PMP中空纤维膜组件的氧传质系数分别为0.2482、0.3024 h^(-1),OTR分别为0.085、0.102 g/(m^(2)·h),两种膜组件的氧传质系数和OTR都随着进气压力的增大而增大;当进气压力为3 kPa时,在回流量为25~100 L/h、温度为4~34℃范围内,随着回流量和温度的增大,氧传质系数与OTR均增大;实验选用的PTFE和PMP两种中空纤维膜组件无泡充氧性能,均明显优于传统微孔曝气方式,可为新型曝气方式的开发提供参考。Two hollow fiber membrane modules made of poly tetra fluoroethylene(PTFE)and poly-4-methyl-1-pentene(PMP)were used to study the bubble free oxygenation characteristics,and the effects of return flow,inlet pressure and temperature on oxygen mass transfer coefficient and oxygen mass transfer rate(OTR)were analyzed.The results show that when the operation mode is cross flow,the return flow is 100 L/h,the temperature is 34℃,and the inlet pressure is 2 kPa and 3 kPa,the oxygen mass transfer coefficients of PTFE hollow fiber membrane are 0.3024 h^(-1)and 0.3889 h^(-1)respectively,and the OTR are 0.107 g/(m^(2)·h)and 0.133 g/(m^(2)·h)respectively.The oxygen mass transfer coefficients of PMP hollow fiber membrane module are 0.2482 h^(-1)and 0.3024 h^(-1)respectively,and the OTR are 0.085 g/(m^(2)·h)and 0.102 g/(m2·h)respectively.The oxygen mass transfer coefficient and OTR of the two membrane modules increase with the increase of inlet pressure;When the inlet pressure is 3 kPa,the oxygen mass transfer coefficient and OTR increase with the increase of the return flow and temperature in the range of 25~100 L/h and 4~34℃;The bubble free oxygenation performance of PTFE and PMP hollow fiber membrane modules selected in the experiment is significantly better than that in the traditional microporous aeration mode,which can provide a reference for the development of new aeration mode.
