摘 要:厌氧氨氧化(ANAMMOX)作为一种新兴的污水生物脱氮技术,在目前的水处理行业受到了广泛的关注。反应器的选型对于该工艺的快速启动起着至关重要的作用,而通过Fluent流体仿真模拟软件考察不同反应器的内部流场结构,从流体动力学结合微生物生长状态初步分析反应器构型对ANAMMOX工艺的强化机理。本研究采用厌氧折流板反应器(ABR)及在其基础上改进的厌氧折流板生物膜反应器(ABBR)启动ANAMMOX工艺,对比研究两种反应器启动ANAMMOX工艺的性能。反应器控制条件在温度为25℃,HRT为24 h,进水氨氮和NO_(2)^(-)-N质量浓度均为50 mg/L。ABR启动ANAMMOX工艺需要49 d,ABBR启动ANAMMOX工艺仅需35 d,启动成功时ABR和ABBR的总氮去除率分别为86.11%和89.79%。结果表明,ABBR相比于ABR表现出显著更好的ANAMMOX工艺启动性能。本研究再运用Fluent软件模拟两种反应器的内部流场结构。结果显示,相比于ABR,ABBR具有更加丰富的流线,且其内部流场具有更加明显的紊流效果。ABBR流场结构特性保证了更佳的传质效果,且ABBR内部形成的生物膜又显著提高反应器对ANAMMOX菌的截留能力,从而缩短了反应器的启动周期,同时提高ANAMMOX工艺脱氮效率。Anaerobic ammonia oxidation(ANAMMOX),as a new biological denitrification technology,has attracted extensive attention in the current water treatment industry.The reactor selection plays a crucial role in the rapid start-up of the process.The internal flow field structure of different reactors was investigated by Fluent fluid simulation software,and the strengthening mechanism of the reactor configuration on the ANAMMOX process was preliminarily analyzed from the combination of fluid dynamics and microbial growth state.In this study,an anaerobic baffle reactor(ABR)and an improved anaerobic baffle biofilm reactor(ABBR)were used to start the ANAMMOX process,and the performance of the two reactors was compared.The reactor control conditions were as follows:T=25℃,HRT=24 h,50 mg/L of influent ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen concentrations.It took 49 days for ABR to start ANAMMOX process,and only 35 days for ABBR to start ANAMMOX process.The total nitrogen removal rates of ABR and ABBR were 86.11%and 89.79%,respectively.The results showed that ABBR showed significantly better start-up performance than ABR for the ANAMMOX process.In this study,Fluent software was used to simulate the internal flow field structure of the two reactors.The results showed that,compared with ABR,ABBR had richer streamlines,and its internal flow field had more obvious turbulent effect.The flow field structure of ABBR ensures better mass transfer effect,and the biofilm formed in ABBR significantly improves the ability of the reactor to intercept ANAMMOX bacteria,thus shortening the start-up cycle of the reactor and improving the nitrogen removal efficiency of ANAMMOX process.
