摘 要:以常州市某光伏企业的生化尾水为试验对象,进行加砂高效沉淀-芬顿氧化-活性炭吸附深度处理工艺研究。结果表明,当FeCl_(3)浓度为30 mg/L,沸石浓度为3 g/L,PAM浓度为1.5 mg/L,沉淀时间为30 min时,加砂高效沉淀对TP的去除率可达70%;当反应时间为60 min,初始pH为3.5,FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O投加量为2.2 mmol/L,H_(2)O_(2)投加量为2.0 mmol/L时,芬顿氧化对COD的去除率可达50%;选用2~4 mm椰壳活性炭进行吸附试验,当过滤速度为9 m/h,接触时间为9 min时,对COD的去除率可达69%。组合工艺出水COD为12~19 mg/L,SS为2~3 mg/L,TP为0.1~0.2 mg/L,TN为0.7~2.3 mg/L,NH_(3)-N为0.5~0.8 mg/L,F-<1.0 mg/L,除TN外均达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838-2002)的Ⅲ类标准排放限值。处理每吨水的药剂成本大约为1.4979元。研究结果为光伏废水深度处理技术选择提供了依据。Taking the biochemical tail water of a photovoltaic enterprise in Changzhou as the test object,the advanced treatment process of sand adding high-efficiency sedimentation-Fenton oxidation-activated carbon adsorption was studied.The results show that when the concentration of FeCl_(3) is 30 mg/L,the concentration of zeolite is 3 g/L,the concentration of PAM is 1.5 mg/L,and the sedimentation time is 30 min,the removal rate of TP by sand adding high-efficiency sedimentation can reach 70%;When the reaction time is 60 min,the initial pH value is 3.5,the dosage of FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O is 2.2 mmol/L,and the dosage of H_(2)O_(2) is 2.0 mmol/L,the removal rate of COD by Fenton oxidation can reach 50%;Coconut shell activated carbon with 2~4 mm was selected for adsorption test.When the filtration rate is 9 m/h and the contact time is 9 min,the removal rate of COD can reach 69%.Combined process effluent COD was 12~19 mg/L,with SS=2~3 mg/L,TP=0.1~0.2 mg/L,TN=0.7~2.3 mg/L,NH_(3)-N=0.5~0.8 mg/L,and F-<1.0 mg/L.Except for TN,all meet the class III standard emission limits of the environmental quality standard for surface water(GB3838-2002).The chemical cost of treating each ton of water is about 1.4979 yuan.The research results provide a basis for the selection of advanced treatment technology for photovoltaic wastewater.
