城建档案信息化管理实现策略研究

摘　　要：互联网信息技术在城建领域的快速发展给城建档案管理带来了新的机遇和挑战,推动了城建档案信息化的发展。为探究新形势下城建档案信息化管理实现的路径与策略,文章从城建档案信息化建设作用分析入手,结合当前城建档案数字化、信息化与网络化建设面临的问题与困境,从电子签章应用、统一文件格式、管理软件开发等方面提出城建档案信息化管理实现的策略,最后结合工作实践,提出城建档案信息化管理实现的政策与制度保障建议。The rapid development of Internet information technology in the field of urban construction brings new opportunities and challenges to the management of urban construction archives,and promotes the development of urban construction archives informatization.In order to explore the realization path and strategy of urban construction archives informatization management under the new situation,starting from the analysis of the function of urban construction archives informatization construction,in view of the current problems and dilemmas in the construction of digitization,informatization and networking of urban construction archives,the paper puts forward the realization strategies of the urban construction archives informatization management from the perspective of application of electronic signature,uniform file format,management sofware development and so on,and finally proposes some suggestions for the policy and system guarantee for the realization of urban construction archives informatization management in combination with work practice.
