晚清中医古籍文献发掘整理与原生性保护探究——以闽江师专福清校区图书馆为例

摘　　要：2022年,“古籍保护利用”首次写入政府工作报告,强调提升新时代古籍保护利用能力和古籍工作水平,让书写在古籍里的文字“活起来”。这是自2007年启动“中国古籍保护计划”以来,首次以中央工作部署落地落实,充分体现国家对古籍保护工作和传统文化遗产传承的高度重视。各级公共图书馆及高校图书馆纷纷响应,陆续出台相关古籍保护政策及实施意见,启动古籍保护工作。就闽江师专福清校区对于晚清中医古籍的发掘整理为实例进行研究,通过对馆内晚清中医古籍的现状进行调查分析,提出开展古籍文献原生性保护的建议。In 2022,"ancient books protection and utilization"was written into the government work report for the first time,emphasizing the improvement of the ability of ancient books protection and utilization and the work level of ancient books in the new era so that the words in ancient books"come to life".This was the first time since the"Chinese Ancient Books Protection Plan"was launched in 2007 that it had been implemented by the central government,which fully reflected the country's great attention to the protection of ancient books and the inheritance of traditional cultural heritage.Public libraries and university libraries at all levels responded one after another,successively issued relevant ancient books protection policies and implementation opinions,and started the protection of ancient books.This paper takes the excavation and arrangement of ancient Chinese medicine books in the late Qing Dynasty by the Fuqing Campus of Minjiang Teachers College as an example,and through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of ancient Chinese medicine books in the late Qing Dynasty in the museum,proposes the suggestions for the originality protection of ancient books and documents.
