基于运动心肺功能试验评估神香苏合丸治疗稳定型心绞痛寒凝心脉证患者临床疗效的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨基于运动心肺功能试验评估下,神香苏合丸治疗稳定型心绞痛寒凝心脉证患者临床疗效。方法选取2020年8月1日至2021年12月30日该院门诊及住院的120例诊断为SCAD兼中医辨证为寒凝心脉证患者为研究对象。按随机数字表法,随机分为试验组和对照组各60例,试验组给予西医加神香苏合丸治疗,对照组给予西药治疗,治疗8周后比较两组中医证候疗效、心绞痛发作情况及西雅图心绞痛评分、心电图疗效、运动心肺功能试验指标和发生心血管主要事件情况进行比较。结果经治疗后试验组中医症候疗效高于对照组,心绞痛的持续时间较对照组减少,心绞痛的发作次数较对照组减少,西雅图心绞痛评分高于对照组,心电图疗效高于对照组,最大摄入氧气含量(VVO_(2)max),无氧阈值(AT),氧脉(VO_(2)/HR)较对照组明显改善(P<0.05),心血管事件发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论神香苏合丸可改善中医症候,减少心绞痛的持续时间和发作频率,提高西雅图心绞痛评分,提高患者的心肺运动功能,增强患者的运动耐力,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of ShenxiangSuhe pills in the treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris with cold coagulation heart pulse syndrome based on evaluation of cardiopulmonary exercise test.Methods From August 1,2020 to December 30,2021,120 patients diagnosed with SCAD and TCM syndrome differentiation as cold coagulation cardio-pulse syndrome were selected as research objects,and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method.The experimental group was treated with western medicine plus ShenxiangSuhe pills,and the control group was treated with western medicine.After 8 weeks of treatment,the curative effects of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,angina pectoris attack,Seattle angina pectoris score,ECG curative effect,exercise cardiopulmonary function index and major cardiovascular events were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the curative effect of TCM symptoms in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the duration of angina pectoris was less than that in the control group,the number of episodes of angina pectoris was less than that in the control group,the score of Seattle angina pectoris was higher than that in the control group,the curative effect of ECG was higher than that in the control group,and the maximum oxygen intake content(VVO_(2)max),anaerobic threshold(AT)and Oxygen pulse(VO_(2)/HR)were significantly improved than those in the control group,There was no statistical significance in cardiovascular events(P<0.05).Conclusion ShenxiangSuhe pills can improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,reduce the duration and frequency of angina pectoris,improve the Seattle angina score,improve the cardiopulmonary exercise function of patients,enhance the exercise endurance of patients,and improve the quality of life.
