摘　　要：目的探讨全自动阴道分泌物分析仪在女性生殖道真菌、细菌和滴虫感染诊断中的应用价值。方法选取686例阴道分泌物标本,采用仪器法和革兰染色镜检法检测真菌、线索细胞、滴虫的检出情况,比较两种方法检出率差异。以革兰染色镜检法为金标准,比较仪器法检出结果的符合率。结果革兰染色镜检法真菌检出率13.56%,仪器法真菌检出率14.14%,二者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。革兰染色镜检法线索细胞检出率29.30%,仪器法线索细胞检出率32.65%,二者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。革兰染色镜检法滴虫检出率2.48%,仪器法滴虫检出率为2.77%,二者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论全自动阴道分泌物分析仪与金标准革兰染色镜检相比,在真菌、线索细胞、滴虫的检出上准确度高,具有较好一致性,能够满足日常临床检测工作需求。Objective To explore the application value of automatic vaginal secretion analyzer in the diagnosis of female reproductive tract fungal,bacterial and trichomonas infection.Methods The gram staining microscopy and instrumental method were used to detect fungi,clue cells and trichomonas from 686 samples of vaginal secretions,and the detection rate of the two methods was compared.Results The detection rate of fungi was 13.56%by microscopic examination and 14.14%by instrumental method,and there was no significant difference between the gram staining and RT-F600(P>0.05).The detection rate of cue cells was 29.30%by microscopic examination and 32.65%by instrumental method,and there was no significant difference between the gram staining and RT-F600(P>0.05).The detection rate of trichomonas by gram staining was 2.48%,and that by instrument method was 2.77%,and there was no significant difference between the gram staining and RT-F600(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with the gold standard gram staining microscopic examination,the automatic vaginal secretion analyzer has high accuracy and consistency in the detection of fungi,clue cells and trichomonas,which can meet the needs of daily clinical examination.
