摘  要:目的探索钬激光无移位摩西碎石技术针对不同大小结石的最佳碎石参数设置。方法构建体外模拟输尿管碎石环境并进行参数设置,不同大小的结石(10、8、6 mm)分别使用不同能量(0.4、0.6、0.8、1.0、1.2 J)、不同频率(10、20、40、60 Hz)下碎石,使用游标卡尺测量结石移位距离(mm),观察移位。结果相同大小结石,在激光能量一致时,随着激光频率的增加,结石移位距离明显增加(P<0.05);在激光频率一致时,随激光能量的增加,移位距离明显增加(P<0.05),同一激光能量与频率,结石越小,移位距离越大(P<0.05)。结论对同样大小的结石,能量、频率越大,结石移位越大,对不同大小的结石,结石越小,结石移位距离越大。Objective To explore the optimal lithotripsy parameters of holmium laser non-displaced Moses lithotripsy for different stone sizes.Methods In vitro simulated ureterostrostripsy environment was constructed and parameters were set,and stones of different sizes(10,8,6 mm)were measured with different energies(0.4,0.6,0.8,1.0,1.2 J)and different frequencies(10,20,40,60 Hz),and the stone displacement distance(mm)was measured by vernier calipers to observe the displacement.Results When the laser energy is consistent,the shifting distance of the stone increases significantly with the increase of the laser frequency(P<0.05);when the laser frequency is consistent,with the increase of laser energy,the displacement distance increase significantly(P<0.05),with the same laser energy and frequency,the smaller the stone,the larger the displacement distance(P<0.05).Conclusion For stones of the same size,the larger rhe energy and frequency,the larger the diaplacement of stones;for stones of different sizes,the smaller the stones,the larger the diaplacement distance of stones.
