基于“阴中求阳”理论探讨益气养阴助阳法治疗慢性心力衰竭的思路

摘　　要：慢性心力衰竭是心血管疾病发展的终末阶段,具有高致死率、高致残率,是内科顽症之一,其发病机制错综复杂,目前西药治疗效果并不理想。中医药运用整体观念、辨证论治的方法,通过多靶点、多途径、多环节治疗慢性心力衰竭,取得了较好的效果。既往医家多从温阳、活血、利水等方面着手来治疗慢性心力衰竭,但长期过度利尿会损伤阴津,且大量使用温阳中药亦可导致阴液亏损,故慢性心力衰竭临床治疗不应忽视益气养阴助阳法。而运用益气养阴助阳法可以起到益气养阴以补心之体益气扶阳以固心之用的作用,心之体、用得以调养,则心力衰竭症状减轻。本文基于“阴中求阳”理论探讨了益气养阴助阳法治疗慢性心力衰竭的思路,以期为的临床治疗提供参考。Chronic heart failure is the final stage of the development of cardiovascular diseases,with high fatality rate and disability rate.It is one of the stubborn diseases of internal medicine.Its pathogenesis is complicated,and the treatment effect of western medicine is not ideal at present.Traditional Chinese medicine uses the holistic concept and the method of syndrome differentiation to treat chronic heart failure through the multi-target,multi-channel and multi-link,and has a good effect.In the past,doctors often treated chronic heart failure from the aspects of warming Yang,promoting blood circulation and relieving diuresis,but the long-term excessive diuretic can damage Yin fluid,and the extensive use of warming Yang traditional Chinese medicine can also lead to consumption of Yin fluid.Therefore,the clinical treatment of chronic heart failure should pay attention to the method of supplementing Qi,nourishing Yin and supporting Yang.The method of supplementing Qi,nourishing Yin and supporting Yang can play a role in tonifying the shape of the heart by supplementing Qi,nourishing Yin and strengthening the function of the heart by supplementing Qi,supporting Yin.The shape and function of the heart are nourished,and the symptoms of heart failure are alleviated.This article explores the ideas of the use of the method of supplementing Qi,nourishing Yin,and supporting Yang in the treatment of chronic heart failure based on the theory of"seeking Yang from Yin",in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of chronic heart failure.
