经鼻内镜手术在慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉治疗中的效果及安全性观察

摘　　要：目的 分析慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉应用鼻内镜手术的效果。方法 选取2017年1月~2021年10月丹阳市人民医院收治的慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者228例,依据简单随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各114例。给予对照组药物治疗,给予研究组鼻内镜手术;统计两组治疗前后临床症状(流涕、打喷嚏、头痛、鼻塞)改善情况、治疗效果、生活质量(SF-36)、不良事件发生率,并随访3个月统计两组疾病复发率。结果 流涕、打喷嚏、头痛、鼻塞分值治疗后研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率(97.37%)高于对照组(88.60%)(P<0.05);SF-36分值治疗后研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后3个月疾病复发率较对照组低(P<0.05);研究组不良事件发生率(0.88%)与对照组(3.51%)无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论采取鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉可有效缓解患者临床症状,提升治疗效果,有助于改善患者生存质量,利于降低疾病复发风险,且具有安全性。Objective To analyze the effect of endoscopic surgery for chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp.Methods A total of 228 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps admitted to Danyang People’s Hospital from January 2017 to October 2021 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to simple random number table method,with 114 cases in each group.The control group was given drug therapy and the study group was given nasal endoscopic surgery.The improvement of clinical symptoms(runny nose,sneezing,headache,and nasal congestion),treatment effect,quality of life(SF-36),and incidence of adverse events before and after treatment in the two groups were analyzed,and disease recurrence rates in the two groups were analyzed during 3-month follow-up.Results The scores of runny nose,sneezing,headache and nasal obstruction in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group(97.37%)was higher than that of the control group(88.60%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of SF36 in study group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The disease recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group 3 months after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the study group(0.88%)and the control group(3.51%)(P>0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic nasal surgery for chronic sinusitis nasal polyp can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the therapeutic effect,help to improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the risk of disease recurrence,and has a safety.
