理中汤联合麻黄附子细辛汤治疗虚寒性过敏性鼻炎发作期的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 分析理中汤+麻黄附子细辛汤对于虚寒性过敏性鼻炎发作期的临床效果,为此类疾病诊疗提供参考。方法 以本院诊疗的76例虚寒性过敏性鼻炎发作期患者为主体,控制研究时间为2020年1月-2021年12月,全部患者诊疗资料均保存完整且通过奇偶法分组,其中38例患者采取常规药物(糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂+氯雷他定片)治疗并视为对比组,剩余38例患者采取理中汤+麻黄附子细辛汤治疗并视为观察组,观察并对比各组临床疗效、临床症状积分、白细胞介素水平、不良反应情况。结果 (1)对比临床疗效,观察组显著较对比组高,P<0.05;(2)对比临床症状积分,观察组显著较对比组低,P<0.05;(3)对比白细胞介素水平,观察组明显较对比组低,P<0.05;(4)对比不良反应情况,观察组发生率较对比组低,P<0.05。结论 应用理中汤+麻黄附子细辛汤治疗虚寒性过敏性鼻炎发作期患者具有更为确切的疗效,可显著改善疾病症状与白细胞介素水平,且不良反应较少,用药价值更为显著。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Lizhong Decoction+Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction on the onset of allergic rhinitis due to deficiency cold,and to provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of such diseases.Methods A total of 76 patients with allergic rhinitis due to deficient cold were treated in our hospital as the main body.The control study period was from January 2020 to December 2021.All patients’medical data were kept intact and grouped by the odd-even method.Among them,38 One patient was treated with conventional drugs(mometasone furoate nasal spray+loratadine tablets)and was regarded as the control group,and the remaining 38 patients were treated with Lizhong Decoction+Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction and regarded as the observation group.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom scores,interleukin levels,and adverse reactions were compared in each group.Results(1)Compared with the clinical efficacy,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05;(2)Compared with the clinical symptom scores,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,P<0.05;(3)Compared with the interleukin level,The observation group was significantly lower than the control group,P<0.05;(4)The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of Lizhong Decoction+Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction in the treatment of acute allergic rhinitis with deficiency-cold has a more definite curative effect,and can significantly improve disease symptoms and interleukin levels,with fewer adverse reactions and more significant medication value.
