锡林郭勒盟地区蒿属花粉与过敏性鼻炎的相关性

摘　　要：目的 通过调查锡林郭勒盟地区AR(过敏性鼻炎)的患病情况,分析本地区蒿属花粉与AR的相关性,为锡林郭勒盟地区今后防治AR的工作提供理论和临床数据支持。方法 2021年5月-9月,调查锡林浩特市、东乌旗、正蓝旗3个地区共2002名常住居民,由专科医生及护士对居民进行调查问卷及对确诊AR患者再进行血清sIgE水平检测。结果 2002名调查者中有617人诊断为AR患者,患病率为30.8%;617名AR患者经血清sIgE水平检测,艾蒿血清sIgE≥1级为311(50.5%),普通豚草血清sIgE≥1级为130(21.1%),柳树血清sIgE≥1级为119(19.3%),牛奶血清sIgE≥1级为76(12.3%),螨尘血清sIgE≥1级为49(7.9%);不同民族、不同性别、不同年龄、不同地区的居民蒿属花粉AR患病率差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);蒿属花粉变应原sIgE级别分布结果显示,蒿属花粉血清sIgE=5例数最多为102例,占32.8%,蒿属花粉血清sIgE=6最少为26例,占8.4%。结论 蒿属花粉为锡林郭勒盟地区AR的主要过敏原,其致病率远远高出其他过敏原;通过调查发现,1-18岁蒿属花粉AR患者占59.5%,平均年龄为(19.3±17.8)岁,体现了锡林郭勒盟地区蒿属花粉AR患者低龄化。Objective To analyze the correlation between Artemisia pollen and AR by investigating the incidence of AR(allergic rhinitis)in Xilingol League,and to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of AR in Xilingol League in the future.Method From May to September,2021,a total of 2002 permanent residents in Xilinhot,Dongwu Banner and Zhenglan Banner were investigated.The residents were surveyed by specialized doctors and nurses,and the serum sIgE level of confirmed AR patients was detected.Result Among 2002 subjects,617 patients were diagnosed with AR,and the prevalence was 30.8%.The serum sIgE levels of 617 AR patients were 311(50.5%),130(21.1%),119(19.3%)and 76(12.3%),respectively.The serum sIgE≥1 was 49(7.9%).There were statistically significant differences in AR prevalence among residents of artemisia pollen of different nationalities,genders,ages and regions(P<0.05).The results of SIgE grade distribution of Artemisia pollen allergens showed that the whole distribution was uniform from grade 1 to grade 6.The most cases of Artemisia pollen serum SIgE=5 were 102 cases,accounting for 32.8%,and the least cases of Artemisia pollen serum SIgE=6 were 26 cases,accounting for 8.4%.Conclusion Artemisia pollen is the main allergen of AR in Xilin Gol League,and its pathogenic rate is much higher than other allergens.According to the survey,the AR patients of Artemisia pollen between 1 and 18 years old accounted for 59.5%,and the average age was(19.3±17.8)years old,reflecting the younger age of AR patients of Artemisia pollen in Xilin Gol League.
