穴位按摩联合中药熏蒸治疗儿童慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的 探讨穴位按摩联合中药熏蒸治疗儿童慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法 研究对象70例为儿童慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者,入院后以电脑随机法分为A(n=35)、B(n=35)两组。A组接受常规西药口服治疗,B组在A组基础上接受穴位按摩联合中药熏蒸治疗,并进行治疗效果的组间对照分析,研究起止时间为2021年1月-2021年12月。结果 治疗后B组儿童患者临床治疗总有效率为97.14%较A组儿童患者的77.14%更高;鼻痒、鼻塞、流涕中医症候积分B组儿童患者分别为(0.75±0.23)分、(0.62±0.12)分、(0.85±0.54)分,均较A组儿童患者的(1.45±0.46)分、(1.27±0.39)分、(1.23±0.57)分更低;以上研究结果对比均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 穴位按摩联合中药熏蒸治疗儿童慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的治疗有效率较高,具备临床推广应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupoint massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of children with chronic rhinosinusitis.Methods A total of 60 children with chronic rhinosinusitis were included in the study.After admission,they were randomly divided into two groups:A(n=35)and B(n=35).Group A received conventional oral western medicine treatment,and group B received acupoint massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment on the basis of group A,and the inter-group control analysis of the treatment effect was carried out.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of clinical treatment for children in group B was 97.14%,which was higher than that of children in group A,which was 77.14%;(0.62±0.12)points and(0.85±0.54)points,which were lower than(1.45±0.46)points,(1.27±0.39)points,and(1.23±0.57)points of children in group A;the comparison of the above research results is statistically significant academic significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation is effective in the treatment of children with chronic rhinosinusitis and has clinical application value.
