摘　　要：目的 分析N-乙酰半胱氨酸对变应性鼻炎疗效和鼻呼吸一氧化氮的影响。方法 选择2021年1月至2021年6月我院耳鼻喉科诊治的AR患者86例,随机分为试验组(43例)和对照组(43例),比较两组患者治疗前后的Lund-Kennedy评分,并测定治疗前后血清IL-5、IL-25、总IgE水平及鼻呼吸一氧化氮(NNO)。结果 试验组与对照组治疗前后Lund-Kennedy评分、NNO、血清IL-5、IL-25、总IgE水平均改善明显(P<0.05),而试验组治疗后上述指标较对照组更为显著(P<0.05)。结论 NAC能提高变应性鼻炎的疗效,具有抗炎、调节免疫、促进NNO释放功能,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of N-acetylcysteine on allergic rhinitis and nasal respiratory nitric oxide.Methods From January 2021 to June 2021,86 patients with AR were randomly divided into experimental group(43 cases)and control group(43 cases).Lund Kennedy score,serum IL-5,IL-25,total IgE levels and nasal inhaled nitric oxide(NNO)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Lund Kennedy score,NNO,serum IL-5,IL-25 and total IgE levels were significantly improved in the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the above indexes in the experimental group were more significant than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion NAC can improve the curative effect of allergic rhinitis,has anti-inflammatory,immune regulation,promote NNO release function,is worthy of clinical application.
