高分辨CT扫描在耳颞部外伤中的应用及准确性分析

摘　　要：目的 研究分析耳颞部外伤使用高分辨CT扫描技术进行疾病检测的临床效果及疾病诊断准确性。方法2021年4月1日至2021年9月30日,就诊本院疑似耳颞部外伤患者共63例,所有患者均接受常规CT和高分辨CT扫描,对其病情进行检查,分析疾病诊断情况。结果 疾病检出情况,高分辨CT扫描疾病检出率略高(P<0.05),手术结果作为疾病诊断金标准,显示高分辨CT扫描对耳颞部外伤具备较高诊断准确性(P<0.05)。结论 耳颞部外伤疾病诊断中,以高分辨CT扫描方式对患者进行检测,能够对疾病做出准确诊断,疾病诊断精准度较高,较其他检测方式效果更为良好。Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect and accuracy of disease diagnosis of ear and temporal trauma using high-resolution CT scanning technology.Methods From April 1,2021 to September 30,2021,a total of 63 patients with suspected ear and temporal trauma were treated in our hospital.All patients received conventional CT and high-resolution CT scans,their conditions were examined,and disease diagnosis was analyzed.Condition.Results In terms of disease detection,the disease detection rate of high-resolution CT scan was slightly higher(P<0.05).The surgical results were regarded as the gold standard for disease diagnosis,indicating that high-resolution CT scan had higher diagnostic accuracy for ear and temporal trauma(P<0.05).0.05.Conclusion In the diagnosis of ear and temporal trauma diseases,high-resolution CT scans are used to detect patients,which can accurately diagnose the disease,and the disease diagnosis accuracy is higher,and the effect is better than other detection methods.
