铝碳酸镁联合质子泵抑制剂治疗胃食管反流性咽喉炎的临床应用

摘　　要：目的 研究胃食管反流性咽喉炎(LPRD)患者行铝碳酸镁+。方法 数据取自本院2019年1月-2021年9月收治的60例LPRD患者,“入院先后顺序”分单一组(雷贝拉唑,n=30)、科研组(雷贝拉唑钠+铝碳酸镁,n=30),2组疗效比较。结果 用药前比较两组胃功能指标、炎症因子无差异;用药后比较不良反应也无差异,P>0.05;用药后与单一组比较,科研组PGⅠ值更高,PGⅡ、TXB2值更低;TNF-α、CRP及PCT值更低;科研组有效率(96.67%)高于单一组(80.00%),χ^(2)=4.043,P=0.044,P<0.05(具有统计学意义)。结论 雷贝拉唑钠+铝碳酸镁治疗LPRD患者可改善胃功能、减轻炎症程度,增强疗效、保证用药安全,值得推崇。Objective To study the use of aluminum magnesium carbonate+in patients with gastroesophageal reflux pharyngitis(LPRD).Methods The data were collected from 60 LPRD patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to September 2021.The“admission order”was divided into the control group(rabeprazole,n=30)and the observation group(rabeprazole sodium)+aluminum magnesium carbonate,(n=30),the curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results Before treatment,there was no difference in gastric function indexes and inflammatory factors between the two groups;after treatment,there was no difference in adverse reactions,P>0.05;after treatment,compared with the control group,the PGⅠvalue of the observation group was higher,and the PGⅡand TXB2 values were lower;The values of TNF-α,CRP and PCT were lower;the effective rate of the observation group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),χ^(2)=4.043,P=0.044,P<0.05(statistically significant).Conclusion Rabeprazole+aluminum magnesium carbonate in the treatment of LPRD patients can improve gastric function,reduce the degree of inflammation,enhance the efficacy,and ensure the safety of medication,which is worthy of praise.
