摘　　要：目的 探讨运用快速康复外科护理在腔镜甲状腺手术患者中的护理效果,分析应激反应以及探究该护理方式是否具备积极的推广意义。方法 选择我院2021~2022年实施腔镜甲状腺手术99例患者,并对99例患者依照计算机乱序法进行分组,分为A组(对照)49例,实施常规护理,B组(研究)50例,在护理干预过程中,护理人员必须要渗透快速康复外科护理理念。结果 根据研究论证发现,B组护理效果更优,B组患者的术后1d的Cor、CPR、IL-6指标均低于A组,且差异较大,P<0.05,在术后24h,两组患者的血糖水平升高,B组血糖水平低于A组,P<0.05,术中阶段,B组患者的血压水平更低,趋近正常范围,P<0.05,B组汉密尔顿焦虑评分低于A组,差异较大,P<0.05。结论 对实施腔镜甲状腺手术的患者配以积极的快速康复外科护理,可有利于提升患者的康复速度,降低手术后的应激反应,改善患者的心理评分,对于构建和谐的医患关系,构筑和谐的医疗氛围等等有着积极作用,因而,该护理方式值得推广。Objective To explore the nursing effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing in patients undergoing endoscopic thyroid surgery,analyze the stress response and explore whether this nursing method has positive popularization significance.Methods 99 patients who underwent endoscopic thyroid surgery in our hospital from 2021 to 2022 were selected,and 99 patients were divided into 49 cases in group A(control)and 50 cases in group B(Study).In the process of nursing intervention,nurses must permeate the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing.Results According to the research and demonstration,the nursing effect of group B was better.The indexes of cor,CPR and IL-6 of group B were lower than those of group A on the first day after operation,and the difference was great,P<0.05.At 24 hours after operation,the blood glucose level of the two groups increased,and the blood glucose level of group B was lower than that of group A,P<0.05.In the intraoperative stage,the blood pressure level of group B was lower and close to the normal range,P<0.05.The Hamilton anxiety score of group B was lower than that of group A,the difference was great,P<0.05.Conclusion The combination of active rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing for patients undergoing endoscopic thyroid surgery can help to improve the rehabilitation speed of patients,reduce the stress response after surgery,and improve the psychological score of patients.It plays a positive role in building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship and a harmonious medical atmosphere.Therefore,this nursing method is worthy of promotion.
