纤维喉镜下咽喉部异物取出术的护理配合措施分析

摘　　要：目的 研究纤维喉镜下咽喉部异物取出术患者行护理配合措施的效果。方法 数据取自门诊2021年1月-2022年3月收治的90例咽喉部异物患者,均行纤维喉镜下咽喉部异物取出术,“随机数字表法”分参照组(传统护理,n=45)、配合组(护理配合措施,n=45),2组疗效比较。结果 护理前比较2组生活质量、负性情绪无差异,P>0.05;护理后与参照组比较,配合组SF-36评分更高;SAS、SDS值更低;配合组治疗依从率(97.78%)高于参照组(84.44%),χ^(2)=4.939,P=0.026,P<0.05(具有统计学意义)。结论 护理配合措施可提高纤维喉镜下咽喉部异物取出术患者的生活质量、改善负性情绪,提高治疗依从性、值得推崇。Objective To study the effect of nursing cooperation measures in patients undergoing pharyngeal foreign body removal under fiberoptic laryngoscope.Methods The data were collected from 90 patients with foreign bodies in the pharynx who were admitted to the outpatient clinic from January 2021 to March 2022.All patients underwent fiberoptic laryngoscope removal of foreign bodies in the throat.(n=45),the cooperation group(nursing cooperation measures,n=45),the curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results Before nursing,there was no difference in quality of life and negative emotions between the two groups,P>0.05;after nursing,compared with the control group,the SF-36 score of the observation group was higher;the SAS and SDS values were lower;the treatment compliance rate of the observation group(97.78%)than the control group(84.44%),χ^(2)=4.939,P=0.026,P<0.05(statistically significant).Conclusion Nursing and cooperative measures can improve the quality of life of patients undergoing fiberoptic laryngoscope removal of laryngopharyngeal foreign bodies,improve negative emotions,and improve treatment compliance,which is worthy of praise.
