摘　　要：目的 研究高血压(EH)性鼻出血患者行优质护理干预的效果。方法 数据取自门诊2020年3月-2022年3月收治的70例EH性鼻出血患者,“随机数字表法”分参照组(传统护理,n=35)、优质组(优质护理干预,n=35),2组疗效比较。结果 干预前比较2组自我效能感、血压控制情况无差异,P>0.05;干预后与参照组比较,优质组自我效能感评分更高;SBP、DBP指标更低;优质组治疗依从率(97.14%)高于参照组(80.00%),χ^(2)=5.081,P=0.024,P<0.05(具有统计学意义)。结论 优质护理干预可提高EH性鼻出血患者的自我效能感、稳定血压,提高治疗依从性、值得推崇。Objective To study the effect of high-quality nursing intervention in patients with hypertension(EH)epistaxis.Methods The data were collected from 70 patients with EH epistaxis who were admitted to the outpatient clinic from March 2020 to March 2022.The“random number table”method was divided into the control group(traditional nursing,n=35),the observation group(high-quality nursing intervention,n=35),the curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results Before the intervention,there was no difference in the self-efficacy and blood pressure control between the two groups,P>0.05;after the intervention,compared with the control group,the self-efficacy score of the observation group was higher;SBP and DBP indexes were lower;the treatment compliance rate of the observation group(97.14%)higher than the control group(80.00%),χ^(2)=5.081,P=0.024,P<0.05(statistically significant).Conclusion High-quality nursing intervention can improve selfefficacy,stabilize blood pressure,and improve treatment compliance in patients with EH epistaxis,which is worthy of admiration.
