摘　　要：在汽车行驶过程中,如出现跑偏的现象或者打方向盘不会自动回轮,感觉车身漂浮或摇摆不定;或者因为事故造成的底盘以及悬架的损伤的情况,汽车需要做四轮定位。四轮定位有利于降低轮胎、转向机械和悬架的磨损程度,增强车辆行驶的稳定性,提高行驶安全。在测量汽车四轮定位参数时,需要利用夹具将四轮定位仪安装固定在车轮轮毂上,通过四轮定位仪的传感器间接获取四轮定位的参数。传统的四轮定位仪夹具结构复杂,配件多,调试困难,测量精度低。该文通过合理设计四轮定位夹具的结构,实现了夹具在车辆轮毂上快速、便捷地安装以及高精度的四轮定位参数采集,减少了四轮定位的安装调试时间,提高了客户满意度。In the process of driving the car,if there is a deviation phenomenon or the steering wheel will not automatically return to the wheel,the body will feel floating or swinging;Or because of the accident caused by the chassis and suspension damage,the car needs to do four wheel positioning.Four-wheel positioning is beneficial to reduce the wear of tires,steering machinery and suspension,enhance the stability of vehicle driving and improve driving safety.When measuring the four-wheel positioning parameters of the car,it is necessary to use the fixture to install the four-wheel locator on the wheel hub,and indirectly obtain the fourwheel positioning parameters through the sensor of the four-wheel locator.The traditional four-wheel positioner fixture has complex structure,many accessories,difficult debugging and low measurement accuracy.In this paper,by reasonably designing the structure of the four-wheel positioning fixture,the fast and convenient installation of the fixture on the vehicle hub and the high-precision four-wheel positioning parameter acquisition are realized,which reduces the installation and debugging time of the four-wheel positioning and improves the customer satisfaction.
