摘 要:在保护环境、节约能源及实现可持续发展的大背景下,作为能源消耗大户之一的交通运输业是节能减排的重点;汽车作为交通工具,需要从设计开发源头上实现节能减排,其中轻量化设计是重要手段。文章研究与总结了汽车底盘轻量关于新材料、新结构、新工艺的设计与应用,通过多样的轻量化举措,提升汽车轻量化水平,在节能减排的同时,提升动力性、稳定性、耐久性。In the context of environmental protection,energy conservation and sustainable development,the transportation industry,as one of the major energy consumers,is the focus of energy saving and emission reduction;as a transportation vehicle,vehicles need to realize energy saving and emission reduction from the source of design and development,among which lightweight design is an important means.This paper studies and summarizes the automotive chassis lightweight of new materials,new structure,new process design and application,through a variety of lightweight measures,improve the level of automobile lightweight,in energy saving and emission reduction at the same time,improve the power,stability,durability.
