摘 要:超高强度钢以其轻质、高强的特点,在汽车轻量化领域以及汽车安全性领域起到显著作用。为实际满足汽车部件实际需求,对超高强度钢采取合适的连接方式至关重要,目前对超过1000 MPa的超高强度钢通常采用电阻点焊和激光焊接的方式。该文概述了超高强度钢激光焊接接头组织研究的进展,发现激光焊接工艺容易造成热成型超高强度钢焊缝区域的硬脆现象以及热影响区的软化现象;探讨了焊接接头显微组织结构的变化;并简述了通过对焊接接头进行600~800℃的高温热处理工艺,有助于改善焊接接头处的杯突性能的结果。Ultra-high strength steels play a significant role in the field of automotive lightweighting as well as in the field of automotive safety due to their light weight and high strength.In order to actually meet the actual needs of automotive components,it is crucial to adopt a suitable connection method for ultra-high strength steels.Currently,resistance spot welding and laser welding are usually used for ultra-high strength steels over 1000 MPa.This paper outlines the progress of research on the organization of laser-welded joints of ultrahigh-strength steels and finds that the laser welding process tends to cause hard brittleness in the weld region of hot-formed ultra-high-strength steels and softening in the heat-affected zone;discusses the changes in the microstructure of welded joints;and briefly describes the results of a high-temperature heat treatment process of 600 to 800°C for welded joints,which helps to improve the cupping properties at the welded joints.
