摘　　要：针对柴油机微粒捕集器未设置自动控制阀,存在安全隐患,从整体结构、产品功能、软硬件、控制策略等方面设计,开发一种高安全型网联自动控制箱。通过采集传感器数据,判断传感器健康状态,在可信的基础上对旁通阀进行启闭控制。日常用于监控柴油发电机组尾气的背压、温度及颗粒物排放浓度(选配功能);紧急时用于可靠地打开旁通阀,确保发动机正常工作,保证电力供应与下游用电设备的安全运行。There is a safety hazard due to the lack of automatic control valves for diesel particulate filters.This paper developed a high security networked automatic control box from the aspects of overall structure,product functions,software and hardware,control strategy,etc.The product controls the opening and closing of the bypass valve on a trustworthy basis by collecting sensor data and determining the health status of the sensors.It is used daily to monitor the back pressure,temperature and particulate emission concentration of diesel generator and open the bypass valve in emergency for the normal and safe operation of the engine.
